Insomnia

I have insomnia like many other Bipolar sufferers. It is largely misunderstood by my family and friends. Not being able to sleep is one on the last things my mind has messed up on. It is laying there, tossing and turning and thinking about awful things. It is waiting for daylight, minute after minute, hour after hour. I greet the morning with relief. My thoughts are then clouded for the coming day due to fatigue. The medications I am taking don't work anymore to combat the insomnia and hopefully we will be looking for something new at my next visit with the psych.
