Here is a talk by a guy that I found rather interesting because I found so many of his examples I have personally witnessed in my own life. I like to say that I have lived how he suggests, but in reality I haven't lived it because I meant to, more so, I lived it because as I tried to live investing in the outcome and failed and unintentionally after the fact, invested in the journey to make myself feel better, about the lack of satisfactory outcome. The quote that comes to mind "The more you tighten your grip, the more that will slip threw your fingers" Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) from the first Star Wars. I would like others here to watch this, and then read the comments from the other people below, and tell me what you think.
